Nicole & Michael
March 20th, 2011 | in Weddings

Nicole and Michael were referred to us by one of our past couples and booked us without even meeting with us :) We know we are going to have a great day with a couple when they put that much trust in us.

We started with the boys getting ready and then headed to the girls. Nicole was such a stunning bride, I absolutely loved her fascinator, it was just perfect with her dress.

After their ceremony at All Saints Church, Parramatta, we headed to the wharf at Daltone House for photos. Their bridal party was a lot of fun and kept as laughing all the way through the photos.

Their reception was at the Star Room in Darling Harbour. It has the most spectacular views across Darling Harbour. After the formalities everyone hit the dance floor. Their guests were some of he craziest dancers we have seen for a while :)

Catherine & Martin
February 23rd, 2011 | in Weddings

Catherine & Martin were married at Gunners Barracks Mosman, one of our favourite venues.

After getting ready at home, the ceremony was at held Georges Head lookout above the venue. As Catherine arrived the rain clouds gathered. There was a bit of debating about moving the ceremony indoors, but it was agreed that with such a spectacular view for the ceremony and with a lot of guests coming from the UK, they would go ahead and risk the rain.

As Catherine came down the aisle, the wind picked up and the rain came down. A few umbrellas were brought out and the ceremony continued... with lots of laughter from both the couple and guests. The rain stopped after a few minutes and then the sun came out. I am sure it is a ceremony that their guests will always remember :)

The details at their reception were amazing. Sarah from Girl Friday weddings was fantastic with co-ordinating these for them.
